The blank for this plaque was likely produced by the Hutschenreuther porcelain factory. After the original painting by Paul “Hippolyte” Delaroche (French, 1797-1856), before 1857.

Impressed with size code ’324’, corresponding to a size of 8 1/2 by 5 1/2”  or 8 1/4 by 5 3/4 inches, as would be indicated by Hutschenreuther.
