Dated 1876. After the original pain by Pietro Rotari (Verona 1707-1762 Saint Petersburg), circa 1755.

Impressed scepter, ‘KPM’ monogram mark (on reverse). Incised with the KPM rectangular size in inches, ’20 - 14’ (on reverse). 

Inscribed ‘From the original copied / by Leonh. Strum / Dresden / 1876.’ (on reverse).

Leonhard Sturm, was a Dresden painter of plaques who participated in the Art and Art-Industry Exhibition in Munich in 1876.
